Agencies sound off on client relations in poll

A survey of agency leaders by Joanne Davis Consulting with Scan International Marketing Communication Management found that CEOs have concerns about the way clients brief agencies on assignments, make decisions and manage agency-client relationships and integration. Commenting on the survey, AAAA senior executive Tom Finneran said: "Integration is the 800-pound gorilla. And as you have the proliferation of media, integration becomes a tougher challenge."
