Poland's warehouse market rises with foreign investment

A shift in manufacturing to Eastern Europe and the rise of a consumer class has prompted real estate developers to place big bets on Poland. Segro PLC began building a warehouse facility in Strykow two years ago. Segro, ProLogis and Panattoni Construction Co. control about three-quarters of the emerging warehouse market in the country.
