Americans score C- on healthy behaviors

Exercise rates have dropped, Americans are eating fewer fruits and vegetables, and obesity rates are on the rise compared with 18 years ago, according to a new study on healthy lifestyles. Researchers gave Americans a grade of C- and said that people rely too much on medications, rather than diet and exercise, to control blood pressure and cholesterol and prevent chronic diseases such as diabetes.
