Fish oil leads to lower BP in overweight teens

A study of overweight teenage boys found those who took fish oil supplements reduced their blood pressure levels, which could reduce their risk of stroke, researchers said. The data also showed a small boost in HDL cholesterol and non-HDL cholesterol among those taking the supplements.
