The next big thing in wellness programs may be Instant Recess, a nationwide push for companies to create a 10-minute exercise break for employees in the office. Instant Recess also is part of the National Physical Activity Plan, a public-private initiative including the CDC, YMCA and AARP, that aims to change the national culture so exercise is part of everyone's life.
