N.J. to unveil fertilizer recommendations; groups wary

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection is expected to release a report recommending how to reduce pollution from lawn fertilizers, but some environmental activists are worried that it might not be enough to reduce nutrient loads in Barnegat Bay. The recommendations include suggestions for nitrogen content and release rates.
