Georgia Insurance Commissioner and gubernatorial hopeful John Oxendine is among a group of political outsider candidates who stand chances of winning their party's nomination over their veteran counterparts, as voters appear to be frustrated with incumbents, argues Walter Jones. "Those who led us into this mess are not the ones to lead us out of it," said Gerry Purcell, a GOP candidate for insurance commissioner.
