Air Canada rouge crew will be focused on approachability, service

Air Canada rouge unveiled its new uniforms, which president and CEO Michael Friisdahl says reflects the relaxed, approachable brand. The flight attendants will attend service excellence training at the Disney Institute in Florida in order to create a unified customer service foundation. The carrier will begin hiring again later this summer.
