Boston restaurants' patrons reach out to settle tabs

Guests of Boston bars and restaurants whose meals ended abruptly when bombs went off at last month's marathon are settling up, reaching out from states up and down the Eastern Seaboard to pay their tabs. Rattlesnake Bar owner Tony Castagnozzi said patrons have paid about $1,200 of the $3,000 in unpaid checks he has from that day, and each payment has included a tip for the server.
