A TBWA\Media Arts Lab spot for Apple's iPhone is gaining attention for what one person is wearing in it -- a sleek watch that could be "the first glimpse of Apple's much-anticipated iWatch," David Gianatasio writes. The music-focused ad casts "the iPhone as a natural and ubiquitous part of daily life, just like our favorite songs," Gianatasio writes.
