Neb. program helps neighborhood stores emphasize healthy food

Grocers in the Healthy Neighborhood Store program in Douglas County, Neb., are located in "nutritionally fragile" neighborhoods without close access to healthy foods. Registered dietitian Sarah Schram oversees the program and says she works with stores to make healthy foods the easy choice. One store in the program designates one healthy checkout aisle that does not have candy or snack items.
