Calif. shopping center to add double-sided digital sign

The Westfield North County mall in Escondido, Calif., is replacing its old static sign with an 87.5-foot-high, 15-by-49-foot, double-sided LED sign designed to draw drivers from Interstate 15 to the 83-acre regional mall. The brightness will adjust to changing lighting conditions, and the sign will be turned off daily from midnight to 5 a.m.
