Yum Brands' Pizza Hut chain is moving away from outlandish dishes such as the Crazy Cheesy Crust pizza in favor of gourmet options and higher-quality ingredients, thanks to a push from U.S. Chief Marketing Officer Carrie Walsh. Pizza Hut is "an innovator, it's pop culture," Walsh says. "And it's now putting our consumers at the front."
