AGC comments on proposed California diesel regulations

The Associated General Contractors of America has issued comments opposing an action by the California Air Resource Board to require off-road diesel fleets to reduce their emissions and, in some cases, oxides of nitrogen. The AGC says the requirements would sharply cut the value of existing fleets and deprive companies of their bonding capacity.
