Schools are among the growing number of groups and institutions turning to so-called healthy video games to promote fitness, teach wellness and reinforce healthful behaviors. The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation is offering up to $200,000 to 12 research teams to investigate over the span on 12 to 24 months how both the young and elderly are affected by video game play.
