Autism tied to same brain regions as ADHD, schizophrenia

By comparing brain images of children with and without autism, a Hofstra University psychologist has found regions tied to the so-called ritualistic repetitive behavior characteristic of children with autism. The brain regions are also linked to ADHD, schizophrenia and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
