FAO: World needs to act on food crisis

The international community needs to immediately agree on a strategy to ease demand for grains and alleviate high food prices, the United Nations' Food and Agriculture Organization said in a report released Wednesday. World leaders will have a chance to act in concert against hunger at a scheduled June 3 to June 5 food summit in Rome.
