New York's historic governor's mansion has a menu made up of natural, organic, healthy and -- most importantly -- locally grown foods. Executive chef Noah Sheetz, a 2002 graduate of The Culinary Institute of America who has worked at the mansion for four years, grows his own crops and visits local farms and farmers markets to select the freshest local ingredients.
