Local tastes reign at first Argentine Starbucks

Coffee beverages such as caramel-flavored "dulce de leche" and "mate" latte will headline the menu at Starbucks' first store in Argentina. The Seattle-based chain took a cue from the local palate for its new drinks. Starbucks plans to open up to four Argentine stores before 2009.
