Nielsen looks to understand mobile-Web users

Nielsen introduced Mobile @Plan on Thursday, a service that profiles Web users in order to give marketers and publishers sufficient tools to reach their target audience. The new service profiles users of more than 200 mobile online destinations and provides marketers with reams of lifestyle data about them.
