Study recommends carb-cutting for diabetes patients

Swedish researchers found that Type 2 diabetes patients who reduced carbohydrates to 20% of their caloric intake were able to manage weight and blood sugar for long periods. The diet has the added benefit of reducing the feeling of hunger, one doctor said.
