Dinallo steps down to consider run for New York AG

Eric Dinallo resigned Thursday as insurance commissioner of New York as a first step toward running for state attorney general. "I think he's been taking soundings," said New York Democratic political strategist George Arzt. The current attorney general, Andrew Cuomo, is expected to step down next year to run against Gov. David Paterson.
