Proposed Tenn. cuts would hit disability-services jobs

About 75% of Tennessee's state layoffs would come from agencies serving people with developmental and mental-health disabilities under a plan set out by state officials. The Tennessee Department of Mental Health could lose 254 workers and the agency for people with developmental disabilities could lose 298.
