GE employee failed to prove ADA bias claim, court rules

The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals agreed with General Electric that the company did not discriminate against a senior worker under the Americans with Disabilities Act. The court agreed the worker failed to show that she could perform essential functions of the job with reasonable accommodation.
