Japan to reveal reform program for growth next week

Details of the third pillar of Prime Minister Shinzo Abe's economic revival plan will be released next week, the Japanese government announced. Skeptics doubt the package of reforms will inspire overall confidence and support the market euphoria that has accompanied the first two pillars, quantitative easing and fiscal stimulus. Separately, the International Monetary Fund reported there is no evidence that Japan's monetary easing has led to excessive liquidity in other economies.
