Md. district focuses on improving breakfast service

While Calvert County Public Schools in Maryland has made improvements in providing free and reduce-priced breakfasts to low-income students, school nutrition professionals say there still is more work to be done. Cafeterias have breakfast windows and breakfast is offered at all schools before class begins, and while breakfast in the classroom is not offered, some schools soon could be eligible.
