Survey: 61% say jobs differ from expectations

A survey reports that a majority of U.S. respondents said they found their jobs, in reality, didn't match what they were led to expect during the hiring process. The biggest differences were employee morale, responsibilities and hours, and the demeanor of one's supervisor, the Glassdoor-commissioned survey said.
