Survey: Execs concerned about safety, environment, cyberattacks

The possibility of an environmental, health or safety incident remains the chief concern of energy companies in 2013, according to an Ernst & Young survey. "The oil and gas industry is undergoing an intense focus on safety and environmental risk preparedness and mitigation," said Dale Nijoka, global oil & gas leader at Ernst & Young. Cyberattacks and technology security made the list for the first time. Other key concerns include uncertainty in energy policy, cost increases and price volatility.
