Will Greek yogurt become part of the federal school lunch program?

The U.S. Department of Agriculture is planning a pilot program in which Greek yogurt would be among the food items available in school cafeterias. Idaho is among the states being considered for the trial program. The push to add Greek yogurt to the list of acceptable school foods began several months ago in New York, which also is interested in participating in the pilot program.
