A group of candidates for the director of education position is being interviewed by the Wyoming Board of Education. Three finalists are expected to be chosen by Saturday and the list will be submitted to the governor for consideration. "I think it's really important that whoever comes in needs to be able to have buy-in from the education community and is willing to work with them and not try to reinvent the wheel," board chairman Ron Micheli said. The governor will have until December to name a new director.
