Government agencies experiment with drones

From NASA's hurricane measurement to the U.S. Forest Service's wildfire monitoring, government agencies are mulling ways to get drones to do some of their most difficult work. One way delays in widespread use of drones may pay off for the agencies: They can save money in drone development by waiting on the military and private companies to create them first.
