One man's trash is another's treasure

Every now and then, people get unbelievably lucky at flea markets. One man spent $45 to buy negatives that, if proven to be Ansel Adams', could be worth $200 million; a Philadelphia shopper found an original copy of the Declaration of Independence tucked into the frame of a $4 painting; and a bowl bought by a New York family for $3 proved to be a multimillion-dollar, 1,000-year-old Chinese artwork.
