Delta needs agreement with pilots, CEO says

Delta Air Lines Chief Executive Gerald Grinstein said a request by the government's pension agency for a judge to reject the company's agreement with its pilots is "without merit." The agreement is necessary for Delta to emerge from bankruptcy protection, Grinstein added.
