Full flights may lead to tricky travel this summer

The number of travelers involuntarily bumped from their flights is expected to reach a new high during this year's busy summer travel season. Airlines are running closer to capacity, which will make it more difficult for carriers to rebook bumped travelers. Meanwhile, more travelers are refusing vouchers in exchange for volunteering to give up their seats on overbooked flights.
