Overpass planned for small rural Oregon crossroads

An overpass is in the planning stage for the small rural crossroads of Staley's Junction, Ore., where a new park will soon bring travelers making their way from Portland to the Pacific Coast through town. Traffic at the intersection is expected to double by 2030, and planners are proposing a teardrop-shaped overpass.
