As school year ends, Iowans worry learning has already stopped

As the countdown to summer begins, Iowa students are celebrating with amusement-park trips, movies and baseball games, worrying some parents that precious learning days are being squandered. "I think teachers are tired and kids are tired," said Des Moines parent Sue Schaaf. "I think sometimes they relax too much."
