NYC suffers second deadly crane collapse

New York City's second crane collapse in two months has Mayor Michael Bloomberg vowing to "figure out what happened here" in an effort to ensure the safety of residents and workers. The latest accident occurred at 8 a.m. Friday, when a crane fell at least 20 stories, smashing windows and shearing balconies off a residential building before landing in front of a drugstore. The crane operator died in the accident, and authorities are looking for other possible victims.
