Anti-corruption activist asks for investigation of Lagarde

A French prosecutor was asked to investigate a ruling made by Finance Minister Christine Lagarde, the front-runner to become managing director of the International Monetary Fund. Anti-corruption activist and businessman Jean-Marie Kuhn said Lagarde's decision to let state bank Caisse des Depots buy a 25% stake in the gas-distribution network of utility GDF Suez was an abuse of her authority.
