Morgan Stanley OKs Twitter for wealth managers

Morgan Stanley Smith Barney has become the largest financial firm to allow its employees to use social media site Twitter to communicate with current and prospective clients. The firm has authorized 600 wealth managers to send pre-approved messages online starting next month. The company expects to expand the program to all of its 18,000 advisers later this year.
