Ariz. city council approves gun measures to aid police

The Tucson, Ariz., City Council has passed two laws meant to help police officers investigating gun crime. One law requires owners to report a lost or stolen gun to the Police Department within two days or face a $100 fine. The other allows officers to conduct a breath or blood test when people who appear to be intoxicated negligently discharge a gun.
