Business-combination concerns get FASB's attention

Stakeholder concerns that surfaced during a recent post-implementation review of the Financial Accounting Standards Board's business-combination standard will be considered by the board, according to a response. Concerns raised in the review will be taken into account during projects that are underway, and the FASB will wait for the completion of more reviews before taking standard-setting action.
