P&G will groom 4 candidates to replace Lafley at the top

Procter & Gamble is reorganizing its operations into four sectors and will promote four executives to head those groups as the company looks to identify a potential successor to CEO A.G. Lafley, who is expected to leave the company again within a few years. Lafley stepped back into the job when previous successor Robert McDonald retired last week, and P&G wants Lafley to help groom the next chief executive.
