Workers cite sedentary jobs as drivers of weight gain

A CareerBuilder report found 41% of responding employees said they had gained weight at their job, with 59% gaining more than 10 pounds and 30% putting on more than 20 pounds. Prolonged sitting, stress-related food intake and regularly dining out were cited as reasons for the weight gain, researchers said.
