Online Summer School Lowers Costs, Eliminates Hassles

Maryland's Carroll County reportedly has switched to computer-based summer school, eliminating the need for teachers to give up their summers. Students no longer need to find transportation to and from the schools, and all classes can be offered on the Internet, regardless of the number of students attending the class.
