U.S. Supreme Court to decide IDEA case

The U.S. Supreme Court is considering whether an Oregon school district must pay the private-school tuition of a teen who did not receive any special-education services at his public school. District officials say he's ineligible for tuition reimbursement under IDEA, but the family's lawyer says the district failed in its responsibility to evaluate the teen for ADHD.
