Blacksmith recalls children's medication made at J&J plant

Blacksmith Brands voluntarily recalled PediaCare cough and cold medicines for children after regulators found manufacturing lapses at the Johnson & Johnson plant in Fort Washington, Pa., where the products are made. As many as 100,000 bottles of PediaCare's Multi-Symptom Cold, Decongestant, Long Acting Cough, and Allergy and Cold were pulled from the market.
