Hotels step up incentives to woo families, leisure travelers

As leisure travelers continue to outnumber business travelers, hotels increasingly are coming up with new enticements to better compete for family vacationers. At Marriott International, that has meant distributing toddler-care items such as slip covers for cribs, baby lotion and bath toys. And at Homewood Suites by Hilton, efforts have included reviving a free meal program.
