Moscow Pride organizers play "cat and mouse" with police

LGBT activists in Moscow said they used disciplined planning and diversionary tactics to outsmart police and hold peaceful LGBT protest gatherings on Saturday. The gatherings were banned by Moscow's mayor, so activists organized rapid protests and fed disinformation to confuse the police, who arrived at various locations only to find the demonstrations had already ended.
