Delhi to offer offsite check-in, bag drop facilities

India's Delhi International Airport is set to follow the lead of European airports by offering off-site check-in and baggage-drop facilities. "The trend is picking up here, and people are realizing that they don't necessarily need to go inside the airport to check in," said Davesh Shukla, vice president and chief information officer at Delhi International Airport.
