Robotic system allowing for more precision in stent placement

A robotic system approved by the FDA for trial use is being used with success at St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center in Syracuse, N.Y., doctors say. The robotic heart catherization system is being tested at four hospitals across the U.S. as part of a clinical trial and helps doctors to be able to more precisely place a stent, especially when a patient moves.
